disgusting people. didn’t clean my nails and cut me several times. Didn’t cut my cuticles .Staff was beyond disrespectful. She stopped doing my nails to do other people nails and then proceeded to come back to be and wipe my nail polish off and told me she wasn’t doing my nails anymore and to go somewhere else.
Went to another salon in the area and they had no idea that acrylic powder could have sparkles and were adamant that I had gel on. False. Jenifer from Nail stop took me as soon as I came in their salon and understood immediately what I was saying and asking for. Very thankful to have found her and her salon. Inexpensive and good quality. Very happy :)
Very nice staff. Waiting time was longer than expected. Also wanted a certain way to have my nails done, didn’t tell me until polish time she couldn’t do what I asked!! But cost was super cheap and reasonable. Just needs to be more upfront if they can do mini designs or not, instead of saying yes then tell me no, when it comes to finishing up my nails. Also asked for change, wouldn’t give me ones. Can’t tip properly if you don’t want to give change for a $20 fairly. I rated 4 stars because $35 for a gel manicure in this area, I’ll take any day.
A friend recommended this place. I had been going to a place that doesn’t do power dipped so I figured I’d come here and try it out. I left so disappointed. The lady who did my nails (I believe was the owner/manager), while she was nice enough, did a poor job. The color was very uneven, bumpy, and cloudy looking. It was not the same color as the swatch I had picked. There was color all over my skin despite me asking her to get it off before I left-she took a file and tried to file it off my skin. She said the rest would wear away. She did not file my nails to be the same length or reshape them. I was expecting much better quality especially after paying $53 with tip!! Very pricey. My friends suggested I go back and have her fix them but I honestly didn’t want to go back and go through the process again to be disappointed. As a new mom I very rarely treat myself. It’s hard to swallow spending that much just to have to go home and fix all my nails myself. I do not recommend this place at all.
Most uncomfortable experience ever!! I will not return. That being said... I got ANC dip -$40, and the light pink Pros: -clean and aired out nail salon -overall friendly staff (except my tech) Cons: -extremely painful experience -very few Dip colors available -the technician caused such pain from her long nails stabbing my palm through her rubber gloves, to the relentless drill used with her several attachments - I have small wounds littering my cuticles on both hands. - the coats on each nail are uneven for a weird reason so some nails are thicker than others The opposite of a pampering experience. My visible wincing and her continuously apologizing made an unfortunately unforgettable experience. **overall, my nails look fine, but I will pamper myself with Vaseline and lotion. It’s been 2 hours since I was there, and my cuticles are still throbbing. I didn’t even get a manicure - even though I asked for one and was fine with the extra $10, but I’m glad she said I didn’t need one because I probably would’ve died from that pain alone.
